📦 How to raise a return request?

- Mention your order number
- Include clear images/videos of the issue
- Share an unboxing video showing the issue clearly
This helps us process your request faster and avoid misuse.
💳 Refunds & Replacements
- Refunds are issued as Ashara Store Credits, which can be used for any future purchase.
- Store credit will be processed within 5–7 business days once the returned product is inspected and approved.
Important Notes
1. Unboxing video is compulsory. No claims will be entertained without it.
2. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
3. In rare cases of courier delays or damages during transit, we will coordinate with the logistics team to resolve the issue.
