Return & Exchange Policy

Shop with peace of mind at Ashara Jewels. We keep things simple and transparent so you know exactly how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

 

✅ What Qualifies for Return & Exchange

If you receive a product with any of the following:

• Damaged product received

• Defective item

• Wrong product delivered

In case of Change of Mind / Wrong Size / Wrong Design Ordered, returns and exchanges are processed with additional terms and conditions. Please read the sections below carefully.

 

🛍️ Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

• Products purchased under Buy 2 Get 3 or other promotional offers are eligible for refund as Ashara Wallet Credit.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.

• An unboxing video is mandatory for all return/exchange claims. The video must show the package being opened in its sealed state.

 

📦 How to Raise a Request

To initiate a return or exchange (within 48 hours of delivery):

1. Email care@asharajewels.com or WhatsApp +91 8603939461.

2. Share your order number, reason for return/exchange, at least two product images + the unboxing video, and your pickup address & preferred date.

👉 This helps us validate your request quickly and avoid misuse.

 

💳 Refunds

Refunds/credits are issued within 5–10 working days after pickup, inspection of the product, and refund approval by the Ashara team.

Prepaid Orders → Refunded to the original payment method.

COD Orders → Refunded via UPI or Bank Transfer.

Cancellations: If a prepaid order is cancelled at delivery, a ₹200 logistics fee will be deducted from the refund. For COD orders, the advance amount paid is non-refundable.

Change of Mind / Wrong Size Ordered / Wrong Design Ordered → Refunds are issued only as Ashara Wallet Credit (valid for 6 months) with a ₹200 logistics fee deducted.

 

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Clearance Sale items (clearly marked on product page)

 

🔄 Exchange Policy (Within 5 Days)

Change of Mind / Change of Design / Wrong Size ordered Exchange processed with ₹200 logistics fee; balance as Ashara Wallet Credit

 

👉 If the same item is unavailable, we’ll help with the closest alternative or process a refund as per policy.

 

📝 Additional Notes

• All claims are subject to inspection and validation by the Ashara Jewels team.

• Ashara Jewels reserves the right to decline claims that fall outside the return, exchange, or warranty terms.

Exchanges will be processed only once per order/item.

• Items that are damaged, broken, or misused by the customer are not eligible for return, exchange, or warranty claims.

• All returns, exchanges, and warranty requests are subject to Ashara Jewels’ final approval.

• Warranty remedies are limited to the resolutions listed in this policy and cannot be extended beyond those.
