2-Year Limited Warranty

At Ashara Jewels, we are committed to offering jewelry that blends elegance with quality. To give you complete peace of mind, we provide a 2-year limited warranty on all gold-plated jewelry pieces (excluding Rings).

📌 Scope of Warranty:

This warranty covers tarnishing, discoloration, or peeling of plating on eligible gold-plated jewelry pieces when used under normal conditions of wear.

👉 The Ashara Wallet can be redeemed online at asharajewels.com. It is not refundable or transferable.

❌ Exclusions from Warranty:

This warranty does not cover:

• Regular wear and tear: scratches, scuffs, dullness, or fading from daily use.

• Mishandling or accidental damage: breakage, bending, pulling, or dropping.

• Chemical exposure: perfumes, lotions, sanitizers, soaps, detergents, dishwashing liquids, chlorine, or saltwater.

• Third-party alterations: resizing, replating, or repairs.

• Custom-made jewelry sets.

 

Mystery Jar Policy: Products received as part of Mystery Jars are offered under special bundle pricing and are therefore not eligible for return, exchange, or warranty claims. Standard Ashara Jewels warranty benefits do not apply to Mystery Jar products.

 

 

📝 How to Raise a Warranty Claim:

To initiate a claim:

1. Take a clear photograph of the affected item showing the issue.

2. Email the following details to care@asharajewels.com:

• Subject line: “Warranty Request – [Your Order Number]”

• A short description of the issue

• Photo evidence of the defect

3. Once reviewed and approved, please self-ship the product to:
