My order hasn't shipped yet. Is that normal?

Yes. Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 24–72 hrs (excluding Sundays and holidays). Your AWB number is sent as soon as it ships.

Tracking says "no information found"

It can take up to 24 hrs after dispatch for the courier to update tracking. Please check again later or chat with us.

Can I change my address after ordering?

Chat with us as soon as possible. We can update it only before the order is shipped.
