I have been given the wrong colour I had orders for black n white and I have got just the black one,
Also one of the bracelets wasn’t even packed was sent open
Dear Poonam, the one star review you have given is not what we deserve when we have delivered the right item. The necklace is reversible, that means on one side its black and one side its white. You can turn the charms and wear it all white all black or white & black mix as you wish. We would never want to dissapoint our customers. If after delivering the correct item we get such reviews it feels extremely discouraging. Kindly have a look again on the necklace and then let us know, did we deliver what we promise or not. Also the bracelet that is showing as open was packed in a packet as you can see in the image, their is a packet but sometimes during shipping products might come out of the pack. Incase we ever deliver a wrong or damaged item , we will replace it free of cost. Thats What Ashara stands as a brand for our customers

This is a belated birthday gift for my mother. On opening, initially, I thought it's just too small to fit Maa's wrists (even though her arms are quite slim).
