Bracelet lock is not working properly, even I informed your team with all evidences, but still you are not even responding.What kind of behaviour is this.If you are not able to handle it, then you should not take any kind of responsibility. Eventually it's my fault that I trusted you.

The look of this bracelet is nice but the lock system is not good and trustable .. it opens up on its own so you might loose it.. also need to have more sizes
