Just to clarify, as per the final order summary at checkout, two items were confirmed and placed, and we delivered exactly those two items. There was no missing product from our end. The Buy 2 Get 1 offer applies only when all three items are properly added to the cart and reflected in the final order before payment is completed.

We had already connected with you directly and resolved this matter proactively. As a goodwill gesture and special exception — even though the third piece was not part of the confirmed order — we’ve agreed to send you the additional jewellery piece of your choice as discussed.

Dear Poonam, the one star review you have given is not what we deserve when we have delivered the right item. The necklace is reversible, that means on one side its black and one side its white. You can turn the charms and wear it all white all black or white & black mix as you wish. We would never want to dissapoint our customers. If after delivering the correct item we get such reviews it feels extremely discouraging. Kindly have a look again on the necklace and then let us know, did we deliver what we promise or not. Also the bracelet that is showing as open was packed in a packet as you can see in the image, their is a packet but sometimes during shipping products might come out of the pack.
