Bad customer service. They sent the wrong size of the product and the sizing mentioned is also wrong for some of the products. Now they are asking money to exchange the product. Attaching whatsapp chat for reference

The ring delivered to you was Size 8, which is exactly the size selected and ordered by you on our website. During our conversation, we also shared photographic proof of the ring being measured against a scale to confirm that the size dispatched matched the measurements mentioned on our website.
Your order contained four products, all of which were delivered correctly and in perfect condition. The concern was that the ring size selected while placing the order did not fit as expected; unfortunately, this does not constitute an incorrect product being sent from our end.
We were still happy to facilitate an exchange. As mentioned in our exchange policy, a ₹200 exchange/logistics fee applies in cases of an incorrect size selected by the customer or a change of preference, since the originally ordered product was correctly fulfilled.
We understand that you may not be satisfied with this policy, but we believe it is important to clarify that we did not send an incorrect ring size or ask for an additional amount due to an error from our end. Our team provided the relevant measurements and photographic proof and offered an exchange as per our standard policy.

The celestial necklace is such a versatile & best buy from ashara coz firstly it has a great quality. It is true to the image shown . Additionally its pendant is of such a great quality that i was surprised by looking at it. Also u can remove that pendant & insert yours which will definitely elevate your look
The quality is top notch. It has a firm grip, the pendant is of good quality, has weight & not like other materials which are very heavy. Its a must buy for everyday as well as occasional wear.
It's just been a week since I purchased this ring,and three stones have already fallen off. Considering the price I have paid for this ring, it's extremely disappointing. It feels too expensive for the quality.Also, the criss cross ring as shown on the website and what I have received are not same.
