📌 Scope of Warranty:

This warranty covers tarnishing, discoloration, or peeling of plating on eligible gold-plated jewelry pieces when used under normal conditions of wear.

❌ Exclusions from Warranty:

This warranty does not cover:

• Regular wear and tear: scratches, scuffs, dullness, or fading from daily use.

• Mishandling or accidental damage: breakage, bending, pulling, or dropping.

• Chemical exposure: perfumes, lotions, sanitizers, soaps, detergents, dishwashing liquids, chlorine, or saltwater.

• Third-party alterations: resizing, replating, or repairs.

• Custom-made jewelry sets.

📝 How to Raise a Warranty Claim:

To initiate a claim:

1. Take a clear photograph of the affected item showing the issue.

2. Email the following details to care@asharajewels.com:

• Subject line: “Warranty Request – [Your Order Number]”

• A short description of the issue

• Photo evidence of the defect

3. Once reviewed and approved, please self-ship the product to:

🚚Shipping Charges:

We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹999 . For orders below ₹999 we charge a flat fee of ₹80 . we accept prepaid & cod orders.

💰Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

We offer a Partial COD facility for your convenience. Under this method, you are required to pay a Rs. 149 advance at the time of placing the order. The remaining amount will be paid in cash at the time of delivery.

⚠️Important Note:

The Rs. 149 paid in advance is a non-refundable COD fee.
In case the customer refuses to accept the order upon delivery, this advance amount will not be refunded.
This fee helps cover shipping, handling, and return logistics in such cases.

We recommend choosing this option only if you are certain of accepting the delivery to avoid any loss of your advance payment.

⏱️Order Processing Time:

All orders are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours of receiving them. You will receive a notification once your order has been packed and shipped. 

📦Delivery Timeline:

We try our best to have your order delivered to you in 3-10 business days.

Delivery times may vary based on your location and the availability of the product. We aim to deliver your order at the earliest possible, but please note that shipping timelines may be affected by factors such as:

Return & Exchange

✅ What Qualifies for Return & Exchange

If you receive a product with any of the following:

• Damaged product received

• Defective item

• Wrong product delivered

In case of Change of Mind / Wrong Size / Wrong Design Ordered, returns and exchanges are processed with additional terms and conditions. Please read the sections below carefully.

 

🛍️ Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

• Products purchased under Buy 2 Get 3 or other promotional offers are eligible for refund as Ashara Wallet Credit.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.

• An unboxing video is mandatory for all return/exchange claims. The video must show the package being opened in its sealed state.

 

📦 How to Raise a Request

To initiate a return or exchange (within 48 hours of delivery):

1. Email care@asharajewels.com or WhatsApp +91 8603939461.

2. Share your order number, reason for return/exchange, at least two product images + the unboxing video, and your pickup address & preferred date.

👉 This helps us validate your request quickly and avoid misuse.

 

💳 Refunds

Refunds/credits are issued within 5–10 working days after pickup, inspection of the product, and refund approval by the Ashara team.

Prepaid Orders → Refunded to the original payment method.

COD Orders → Refunded via UPI or Bank Transfer.

Cancellations: If a prepaid order is cancelled at delivery, a ₹200 logistics fee will be deducted from the refund. For COD orders, the advance amount paid is non-refundable.

Change of Mind / Wrong Size Ordered / Wrong Design Ordered → Refunds are issued only as Ashara Wallet Credit (valid for 6 months) with a ₹200 logistics fee deducted.
