💰Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

We offer a Partial COD facility for your convenience. Under this method, you are required to pay a Rs. 149 advance at the time of placing the order. The remaining amount will be paid in cash at the time of delivery.

The Rs. 149 paid in advance is a non-refundable COD fee.
In case the customer refuses to accept the order upon delivery, this advance amount will not be refunded.
This fee helps cover shipping, handling, and return logistics in such cases.

We recommend choosing this option only if you are certain of accepting the delivery to avoid any loss of your advance payment.

💳 Refunds & Replacements

• Refunds are issued as Ashara Store Credits, which can be used for any future purchase.
• Store credit will be processed within 5–7 business days once the returned product is inspected and approved.

1. Unboxing video is compulsory. No claims will be entertained without it.

2. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
