Yes! Our jewelry is designed for everyday wear, including during light exposure to water or sweat.

4. Is it heavy to wear?

6. How long does delivery take?

Orders ship in 1–3 working days, with delivery in 4–7 business days, depending on your location.

7. Do you ship all over India?

Yes, we deliver across most pin codes in India.

8. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

 

Returns & Exchange

9. Can I return or exchange my product?

Only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We offer store credit or a replacement (no cash refunds).

10. What proof do I need for return?

A mandatory unboxing video (from opening the sealed package) is required to process any return or replacement.

 

11. What if I ordered the wrong item or changed my mind?

Sorry, we don’t accept returns for change of mind or incorrect orders. Please double-check before placing your order.
